About Us

Joblink Plus is an organisation providing employment services and vocational training. We deliver to a range of communities across rural and regional NSW, covering around 70% of the state. You'll find Joblink Plus as far north as Boggabilla and Tenterfield, out west to Broken Hill, throughout the Hunter and Newcastle region, across the Central West to Lake Cargelligo, and as far south as Wollongong. 

Joblink Plus is a for purpose, not for profit organisation, working with communities leading to employment opportunities with sustainable outcomes. In an average year Joblink Plus places approximately 11,000 people into employment and enrols 5,000 students into vocational training. 

We support communities through direct contributions, social enterprise, and grass roots volunteering. We partner with a diverse range of organisations with shared values, including local sporting teams, arts events, health initiatives as well as various youth and Indigenous programs. 

Joblink Plus is proud to deliver employment and training support to more than 100 communities across New South Wales working within the frameworks of Trauma Informed Practice, Ethical Values and with a commitment to Reconciliation.

Across four regions of New South Wales Joblink Plus offers:

New England North West – Workforce Australia - Indigenous specialist, Transition to Work, as well as Disability Employment Services

Central West – Workforce Australia - Indigenous specialist

Hunter – Workforce Australia Generalist, Indigenous specialist, Ex-offender specialist, as well as Disability Employment Services

Far West Orana – Workforce Australia – Transition to Work and Disability Employment Services.

We are becoming a
Child Safe Organisation

Joblink Plus is proud to be working towards becoming officially recognised as a Child Safe Organisation. Children have a right to safety, emotionally and physically. Everyone has a role to play in keeping children safe from harm. This means that in addition to having policies and procedures in place that safeguard the rights of children and young people, we’re committed to a culture that welcomes children and allows them to thrive.

Our Commitment to Child Safety means that we will consciously and systematically:

• Create an environment where children’s safety and wellbeing are at the centre of thought, values and actions.
• Place emphasis on genuine engagement with and valuing of children and young people.
• Create conditions that reduce the likelihood of harm to children and young people.
• Create conditions that increase the likelihood of identifying any harm.
• Respond to any concerns, disclosures, allegations or suspicions of harm.

With the support of the Australian Government, we are undertaking a rigorous, audited process to implement the 10 National Principles for Child Safe Organisations.
